Lime juices contain pulp and juice from limes (Ananas Macrodontes). EU legislation requires a minimum of 99% lime fraction.

The category has been subdivided in Squeezed lime juices, for nectars that come straight from the pineapple, and Lime juices from concentrate for juice that has been first dehydrated and later hydrated.
